My older daughter has recently taken to using tampons without wearing underwear, and we have had multiple disagreements about the necessity of her wearing undergarments, as she has stained the sofa. She refuses to listen to my recommendations. What would you suggest I do?

Mom of 5 here looking for other nudist family

Hey! Just thought I would pop in and say hi. I’m Ashley F40 from the US. I wouldn’t exactly say I’m a nudist mom per se but me, my wife, and our daughter are very clothing optional at home. Seems like I’ve found my people!

We almost always get naked on longer drives when roads are empty. And on shorter drives we'll pull our pants down to our knees or ankles.

Feel like we’ve hit gold dust in the neighbourhood. A family just moved in and they’re nudists too. This has got to be the most Florida thing ever. They’re a bit older than us, nice couple in their 40s with two kids in college. They’re a bit more bluntly nudists than we were when we moved here. The first day after the moving vans left, the husband was moving stuff from his f150 to the garage nude. That gave us hope first. Then when we knocked on there door to introduce ourselves they opened the door in quickly put on robes. We said we were nudists, they were very happy too. Invited us, had a place for us to leave our clothes and chatted for a while, introducing ourselves etc.
I’m so happy we know have two other nudist homes near us, with an elderly couple a few minutes away. We’ve invited them to join us in our pool and warned them about certain neighbours. Hopefully this is the start of a new friendship.

But I just saw Family_Nudity has been deleted for "being unmoderated." I saw a mod posting in there not too long ago so I'm afraid someone may be reporting nudist subs. It's sad because I connected with so many other parents through that sub before this place was created.

I really hope reddit isn't cracking down on nudists for arbitrary reasons, and nothing happens to this place. Especially with one of our mods needing to create a new account, I'm afraid to log in and see Nudist_Moms gone too. Reddit needs to just let people be themselves, we aren't hurting anybody.

My sister and I were raised in hippie culture. Yes this was largely clothing free. As kids we saw some stuff, did some, did some things lol. Back on topic Mom was the authoritarian, responsible for order and discipline. Dad from what I remember anyway was more lighthearted and fun. Maybe it's just complicated between us girls. I remember so many mixed signals, blurred lines. This made my sister and I uneasy around her. Not that we feared or mourned her, it's that we didn't quite know how to act and behave in her presence at certain times.

Idk if I'm making any sense and I'm two glasses of wine in after a rough day with my daughter. Maybe just venting. Thanks for any thoughts in advance.
