Hello everyone. I just want to show my body after three pregnancies and giving birth to three boys. All of these pregnancies and births have contributed to the way my body looks today, including the development of this hernia, which is scheduled to be surgically repaired next week.

I’m 27 years old and a mother of one child. As you can see in the photo, I have two different-sized breasts. This has always bothered me a lot and made me very self-conscious in my relationships with men throughout my life. Please tell me what you think about it and how my breasts look to you.

After I turned 35, I slowly started gaining weight. I reached 220 pounds in the summer of 2024. I’m sharing photos showing my progress since then. Now, two years later, at 39 years old, I weigh 185 pounds. I’m continuing to move forward and keep making progress.

Two days ago, I started my weight-loss journey. As a woman, I know it won’t be easy. I absolutely love sweets, and cutting back on them will probably be my biggest challenge.

My goal is to lose about 40 pounds and build healthier habits that I can stick with long-term. I’m determined, but I know there will be difficult days along the way.

For those who have successfully lost weight, what helped you the most? Any tips, meal ideas, strategies for dealing with cravings, or words of encouragement would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Today is day one of my new health journey. My goal is to get back to my pre-pregnancy weight within the next six months after gaining weight following my third pregnancy. I’m also beginning a series of exercises to help improve my hernia. Wish me luck!
