Planning to get my nips repierced in the fall. They are rather large after having them done previously and my goal size is an 8 gauge. I want to maximize the sensitivity of them. Am I better off piercing at an 8 gauge? Or would piercing at a 10 and then stretching up a size be better for the sensitivity of them long term? Any and all advice, recommendations and experiences welcome! Thank you in advance
