Quite a few have asked about the inserts in the suction cup videos recently posted, so I figured some pictures will show the set up in more detail both before, during and after use.

Following the other side in the same fashion. Six needles sunk into the areola under the assistance of a suction cup.

Six needles seated in a suction cup positioned over the nipple, and then vacuum is applied to pull the areola onto the needles and then sink them deep. If you think needles are a great sensation, then this is mind blowing.

Following on from having six needles simultaneously sunk deep into the left areola, some more pain seemed like a good idea. A bigger needle pushed directly into the nipple and then delivering 10ml saline.

Bought 600 tacks and had a couple tubes of GE Silicone Glue and plenty of bras. bBut I haven’t decided what kind of pattern I want to create and which bra I want to use. I was thinking concentric circles and one of my front closure racerback underwire push-up bras (I have 4 - photos 3-6).

So what do you think I should do? Pattern and bra….
