I have been trying and slowly getting better at it. My gag reflex is (or, was) pretty strong. But I have been trying, 3/4 times a week. Taking as much as I feel like I can and pushing a little further, then holding my breath and holding it there for several seconds, then coming up for air. Repeating this process, over and over again. It has been about a month and a half...

Tonight was different. Yes, I still gagged, but through perseverance (and trust) I was able to take everything. Eyes streaming with tears, so much saliva dripping onto my bear chest. Feeling my throat fill and stretch so wide to accommodate the full length. Everything. With the tip of my nose touching the base.

This is all part of my journey to becoming the 'perfect' slave - which is - to be able to take any way my 'captor' wants to use me. This has been exceptionally difficult because of overcoming trauma, emetophobia and the gag reflex; but perseverance really does work 😇
