Smoking off the foil don’t do it for me anymore i can’t get high (not interested in IV use). I tired the dab rig & nectar collector but i feel like i go through a bag way faster & it’s either it not hot enough or it’s too hot and i waste it. idk maybe i need some tips. i don’t want to hear “time to get sober” or “i need help” no donkey lol i know that. just looking for away to get high without chiefing off the foil all damn day long. Im still part of daily life, with a job, house, money and hobbies, dreams and hopes. As im doing many things that are really serious drug use is the least thing allowed there. The only thing that still works is pretty pure Fent/ Carfentanyl Mix. How do i know? In the Beginning a little spot was enough to almost make you OD, like what you can possibly see. I only did this after Heroin stopped working like 2,3 grams (but i dont inject, Heroin that once lasted 2 weeks one gram as a noobie).

Only thing that gives me away are my eyes and smull tiny pupils. Everyone notices it. Possible to take some medication, do something etc to make pupils average height while being high. Any trick, medication for eyes or anything (Im gonna get it no matter what) any advice?

I am mixing 1 bag aproximayely .1 of white powder and it doesn’t break down in water at all. Am I supposed to cook it? I’ve been told I just need to mix it. Idk. I desperately need help. Thank you.

I was on fentanyl for like 7 years and heroin and pills for 10years before that. But 2 years ago I got back on methadone and because of the fentanyl problem they start you at 50mg and increase you 10 mg a day after. I was using like 2 grams of fentanyl/tranq mix a day so I didn’t feel stable until like 140 mg and finally felt fully stable at 180mg. And now they phase you up to a week of take homes in like 2 months also. So I’m wondering what’s stoping a lot of people who use fetty from just making the jump and getting on methadone?

I may just be stoned. But, wouldn’t it be better to acquire a medical IV from either a nurse or medical staff friend or on Amazon. Put that in and then draw up shots, connect and shoot up that way? Then there doesn’t have to be multiple injection sites per day, decreasing damage to veins, decreasing track marks, almost eliminating missed shots. Would that work? Im 5 months clean right now so unfortunately i can’t test it out. But I feel like this would be a good idea especially for people who have a hard time hitting a vein.

So what I was thinking is that because they’re both opiates, they both bind to the same receptors although they’re not the same exact thing I think it would be smarter if you’re trying to get off because there’s a massive overdose risk on fentanyl and OxyContin is extended release so mines to receptors for longer so You can take one 10 every five hours just to stay out of the withdrawal just to say, I am not addicted to opiates I will take a Roxy every few weeks, but I never use more than once every two weeks because I know repeating can cause dependence that’s how I stay outta withdrawal and keep a extremely low tolerance so I can still enjoy that sweet sweet high that every addict chases it has been around 3 weeks since I took one and im going to be getting high today on 15mg of Roxy immediate release I’m gonna pop 10mg and snort 5 that way after about 10 minutes when I start to feel it, the onset is gonna be super strong and if you’re trying to get off of fentanyl, but want to still get high then I recommend you just do this because your body only becomes dependent if you use multiple times within a short period of time and this way, I still get to enjoy the best feeling ever while skipping withdrawal

I was unable to make it to the harm reduction before they closed today. I have everything else I need to enjoy a shot, but I can’t find someone I can use as a cooker ANYWHERE. Any ideas on what to use? I’ve checked cvs Walgreens acme dollar general. I’ve bought aluminum capped bottles but they all have the plastic on them. ANY help would be appreciated.

(I’ve run into stuff that does dilute down with plain water and I’ve ran into stuff that doesn’t, I am just trying to get everything I may need so I don’t have to make another stop in the city after I get all settled down and ready to nod)

So I've been using drugs since 2001 and been shooting since about 06' I've tried it all and I found that downers was what I liked the best. I've done china , tar , and everything between. I have a decent job that pays well so I've just been walking that thin line keeping up a habit and paying bills too.

I love, love fent with special K in it. Also the stuff I was getting called tranq was the best!!! Yeah it's leaps and bounds stronger than so called straight fent but I truly enjoyed it til I couldn't find it anymore.

Nowadays I can buy a a 200 or 300 of fent and of course it's gone in 3 or 4 days. Only difference is " knock on wood" I don't withdraw anymore. When I was coming down from tranq back to fent, I shook all night long and I'm sure I came close to taking way too much clonidine and gabapentin. Thank God I had some. Anyway, after my body got used to the fent, I don't withdraw from not having it. Maybe bc it's so week. Maybe I should stop while I'm ahead but honestly I don't have the will power to stop completely. I will always shoot up til the end but at least I'm not wd like hell every few days and I can function.

I'm interested if anyone else has been using as long as I have and if anyone is familiar with my situation.

Got a small rock of fent with apparently no tranq and I am currently on 8-12mg suboxone a day. I am going to try it. Should I just put a spec, like literally smaller than a grain of sugar and hit jt off foil? Like take the smallest hit I can? Assuming the subs have given me a small opiate tolorance. I need some help and harm reduction. I don’t want to od, but going to try it. I’m going to start with literally a dusting (so small it’s hard to describe) would I be good?

So I got a batch of raw that's incredibly potent today and I decided to stretch it out a bit since it was so strong. So I put it in a coffee grinder along with some Monk Fruit to mill it all down into the same size powder and after trying it I'm happy with the ratio I used. I'm wondering if I can use a kief or a pollen press on i so the product is a solid rock and I'm not just smoking from a bunch of powder. Would this work? I've heard it from a few people. TIA 😊

Had been getting a batch that was good for a long while, i could work, function, sleep. Lasted long, definitely had some type of tranq in it. If i did too much id get tired, especially before bed, but i was super stable, eat sleep, go out and do stuff and most importantly preform at work . But last week, it totally changed and for over a week, ive been feeling terrible. I initially thought the fent changed, i have had multiple experiences where ill be on something that i assume is isonitozene cuz its the only stuff people seem to feel decent in, and it’ll change and ill be messed up for a week and have weird chest related stuff, and then it seems like halfway thru, the tranq changed and im dealing with two different things together. I honestly didnt experience severe tranq wd much before to my knowledge, atleast severely. I stayed stable thru the day and night but now this new stuff is super super short acting. I woke up 4 times thru the night. And yesterday i had a extremely scary episode. The stuff has been up and down badly, and yesterday i was doing the shit, wd’ing opiate wise. But had bad pressure in chest, anxiety. Panic, then i got super flushed, skin turned red and my blood pressure went high. Luckily i had clonidine and quickly did something that helped but I thought it was over, i was gonna have a scary painful stroke or heart attack. Im not sure if i was on met, and it changed to the old xylazine, or something else but its super short acting and i cannot function properly. Im so scared. Praying to god that i dont have a medical emergency. Does anyone know what the characteristics of that wd would be? Its definitely different then whatever long acting tranq i was on. I could totally function. Now im up and down every 30-60 min and its horrific. This shit is fucking traumatic to go thru. I wish we could be cured from this bullshit. There needs to be a solution for this. This is totally different then opiate wd.

A bunch of the street fent in my area is cut with miralax which burns your lungs like hell when smoked, I was curious if anyone here has had this issue and if so does anyone know how I could remove the miralax from the powdered fent, thank you in advanced

Im 43 and I've been battling this shit for 23 years. Ive taken the whole ride from hydros to the strongest fent u can find.

I was four and a half years clean until 2023 when I ended up in a coma from pneumonia. I was in a comae over 2 months and they pumped me full of s\*\*\* of course which I understand but there was no protocol for my release.

After that I started getting back into fentanyl obviously because I couldn't afford the pills and I got into that zylazine bullshit.

About 18 months ago I ran into a guy that was just starting to sling. I stuck with him as he worked his way up and got into distribution he was working with "pure" paste and making his own batches. So basically for the past year I've been using very strong fentanyl very clean tested with every test under the sun and it's got nothing else in it. I mean this shit turns clear when u light it and slowly turns tan until u char it. Beautiful shit. Makes my skin crawl thinking about it now

The exact type of fent analog I'm not sure about whether it's that new s\*\*\* or regular fentanyl or Su fentanyl or carfentanyl. I have no idea it doesn't matter that's not the point. I will say its killed 4 heavy users i know.

But I was smoking a half ounce a week. Way cheaper to buy it that way given I was buying from the main source.

All my other times in addiction I had never even gotten close to this I was buying a gram every couple days so this is the worst it's ever been for me as far as consumption amounts.

I've never been one to go to detox I've always cold detoxed myself. I detoxed myself when I got out of the hospital couldn't walk talk or move or do anything because I have been in a coma for 2 months and also had a tracheostomy. It was HELL.

Anyways, i started my detox this time about 5 days ago and I'm doing my normal protocol. I don't touch Suboxone for obvious reasons.

I'm taking about 300 mg of Gabapentin every 6 to 8 hours.

I'm taking a half a milligram of Xanax every 6 to 8 hours

I'm taking 0.1 mg of clonidine every 6 to 8 hours.

Beyond that the normal stuff like the antidiarrheal and nausea meds loads of vitamin C.

Hydrating making sure I'm moving around all that b\*\*\*\*\*\*\*.

This is day 6

By now I should be in f\*\*\*\*\*\* the thralls of withdrawal even with the meds.

For some reason I'm not I don't feel great but I am not in withdrawal.

There's only one factor of difference this time..

I started taking a GLP-1 tirzepitide about 2 months ago only because I was getting chubby from eating so much f\*\*\*\*\*\* junk food and laying in bed all day. And I wanted to lose a little bit of weight before I went through withdrawal.

I know that these meds work in weird ways and have shown to reduce cravings of all sorts . They also reduce visceral fat. I lost like 20 lbs in 6 weeks. I noticed I wasnt getting very high either.

About 3 weeks before I quit I started sneezing a lot. Which we all know is indication u are about to start withdrawing. I also was not getting high. The last two batches I bought he had switched to two different analogs and wanted me to try them out. Everyone else said they were strong the first batch I literally smoked an entire ball in one night and did not get high.

I know that fentanyl unlike most other opiates stores itself heavily your body fat. Which is Why it takes so long for you to be able to take suboxone because it has to clear your system and takes a lot longer than most other opiates.

I guess my point here is I don't know if anybody else has gone through this exact same scenario and been on tirzepitide at the same time.

I'll post again in a couple days and see if maybe it's just a stall detox that's going to come and hit me like a f\*\*\*\*\*\* train in a few days. But at this point I am confused.

And no, I have not slipped up and used and relapsed or whatever in the last 5 days . I wouldn't post all this b\*\*\*\*\*\*\* if I'd done that I'm genuinely confused.

Hopefully somebody has an idea of what might be going on.

My thought process is that my body was burning fat so fast because of the drugs that the fentanyl that was stored in that fat was dissolving or being burned by my system at a faster rate. Or that this particular peptide has some kind of interaction with the way that opiates work on the body, the only problem with that is I don't understand how it has anything to do with your opiate receptors. I'm just speculating at this point but I'm sitting here waiting like a felon on death row for the s\*\*\* to happen and then it's just not happening.

I got 9 hours of sleep last night and now I'm taking a class on linear algebra. Normally by this point I would be contemplating suicide and pawning my family's Fortune for a bag.

I used to smoke 30's back in the day and I tried to slime these and they char up like actual oxy. And I know it's fent because I tested it twice with strips. I'm assuming the binder is making it not possible to properly vaporize. Any advice on how I can smoke it because I do not want to snort this stuff.

So my girl gave me this solid rock of fetty. It's like off white in color, hard as fuck to break up. She wanted me to try it bc she sells and doesn't use it and albeit I don't really either, but I was willing to be a ginuea pig. I'm pretty high off two hits. I just don't know shit about fent so is a solid rock like that a good thing? I told her i think it's good but I'm so ignorant when it comes to this stuff that I don't really know.
