4MMC redose timing? Thinking about a longer gap than normal

I know people usually redose after 60-90 minutes and that does sort of keep the peak going, but what if I waited longer? Like 2 or 2.5 hours?

Yeah we would come down a little, but then we'd go back up and that's not necessarily a bad experience. I know this doesn't work with MDMA because you build tolerance so fast, but since 4MMC redoses so well, i thought this could be interesting.

We'd be doing oral or rectal ROA. No snorting lines.

Molly Sex

MDMA causing issues My wife and I have been taking Molly for over three years, but lately she’s started feeling sick; she gets a burning sensation in her stomach that ruins the whole high, so she can't enjoy it. She isn't into boofing—is there any other option?

4MMC oral vs boofing

For the first dose, would it be fine to boof or does that not last as long and better for the second dose?

And how does dosing compare? Last time me and my girlfriend dosed orally 300 mg and 250 mg for her. What would be the equivalent to this in boofing?

Only 1 partner rolling?

My wife and I have had many great adventures in the past, but recently she developed an (unrelated) cardiovascular disease. Amphetamines, mdma, etc will be off the table permanently for her.

We are planning a trip away, where we will both get cozy and have a few drinks. Typically we would take some mdma together, but since the situation is now different, I wonder what's the best alternative.

a) Only me (slightly, low-dose) rolling, her only having some drinks. My concern here is that we will be on different wavelengths and she will get annoyed and/or uncomfortable. How are your experiences with this situation?

b) are there any alternative suitable drugs to research, which don't have sudden strong effects on the veins and organs?

Thanks
