I was entering my sophomore year of college and life was good. I had a girl I was dating, I had straight A's in my courses, and I was stuck in my mothers body. She, now in my body, promised to find a way for us to change back but with every passing day my hope for things to go back slowly diminished. She has stopped answering my calls and texts, posted images of my old body with my girlfriend, and even convinced my friends that she was me. Since then I have been searching high and low for a way to change back but my dad has been flirting with me non stop and it is driving me and this body wild. I just hope I can find a way back before I get to comfortable with this life.

If you’re reading this, it means the process worked. You always thought you could leave me behind, that I’d somehow just disappear into the background every time you pushed me away. When you changed schools, moved to another city, got that restraining order against me. Then at the start of the year I heard you were trying to leave the country without me? With some other woman? But no matter how hard you tried, true love and admiration doesn’t die that easily. I know everything about you dear. The way you walk, the way you move, the way you talk. Every routine, every habit, every moment, every secret.

Now I get to live as you, to be you, to wear your face and live your life. This will be the ultimate devotion of my love for you: the culmination of my obsession, the life I’ve been dreaming of. I’m well aware you stopped using social media, just another way you kept trying to avoid me after my second fake account. But your fiancee does. I’ve spent the past few weeks looking through every single one of her posts. I’ve memorized her likes, her dislikes, her hopes, her fears, learning every little detail so I can walk into her life as if I’d always belonged there. Because now I do. I'm living now in the absolute mansion next door to my former parent's house. My new house is amazing, and I have enjoyed lounging by the pool in the backyard when the weather is nice. Its awkward, but I noticed recently that both my dad and my mom have been peeking over the fence when I'm out there sometimes. Maybe I should try and befriend them in this new body, even if they dont remember me ever being their son!
