I’m planning on organizing my first Cumdump soon but I don’t know where to start.
I was planning on late afternoon to early evening but I’m second guessing myself. Would 11-2 be better?
What days are best? Should I avoid any days?
I’m thinking the Wednesday or Thursday after Labor Day.
I want to write an enticing ad but other than date and time and general location what can I say that garners interest?

How do you start the process?
Do I just invite guys at random until a couple accept to make my event show on the map?

As you can see I’m struggling with this and love any advice or suggestions.

I’m planning on going to a new (for me) bathhouse. It will be the Thursday evening before Labor Day.
Indianapolis or Columbus are both doable and possibly even Pittsburgh.

I’m 59, bottom, daddy type and really hope to take several loads.
It looks like The Club is in each of these cities as well as the Works in Indy.
Which would y’all recommend? Are there other options?

How many confirmations do I need to get 20 guys to show up?

I’m only in Phoenix for a couple days and I’ll have some free time around lunchtime Tuesday.
