I have an elastic strap now and it allows the cage to push away from my body. I know the ring size is probably too big and plan on sizing down gradually. I've had problems with smaller rings causing folded skin to pinch and it's a bad time. That was after measuring and thinking I was getting the right size, so I'm taking it slow sizing down. I also had a surgery years ago that makes one of my vasa deferentia get sore sometimes so I have to be careful there too. So if anyone could point me to an adjustable strap that won't stretch I'd appreciate it.
