I'm planning to build something like the below because import prices. My plan is a 4ft wide and 3ft tall bench, 16 inches deep. Im looking at 1 inch emt conduit, and connectors from here. Ill also use 3/4 plywood, foam, and upholsrery of course. I'm worried it won't be strong enough though. Has anyone built something like this?

I don't want the weight or noise of a sybian and am looking for something similar. Has anyone tried grinder toys like this and the sybian? I'm open to opinions
