So I am 6x5.75 (1.83) and BC recommends 1.25 ID and MSW recommends 1.375 ID. (Confirmed via email from both). Not sure which one to go with

I just ordered a single density poolboy to get started but will probably upgrade to the mailman at some point and curious what the best option texture wise is for it to feel as real as possible for my wife
How does this compare to using an actual sleeve in terms of desensitizing? We’re coming from a lovehoney mega mighty and I can basically last forever using it. My wife loves the sleeve but says sometimes she would prefer my actual size as long as I can last as long….
Also, I’m considering maybe getting a Poolboy as it matches the dimensions of the mega mighty pretty well but I’m curious if just the “regular” version is enough or should I get dual density/whisper finish. I understand the differences but not sure if it’s “worth it” or if the Poolboy will already be a better product it won’t matter.
My wife’s main complaint with the mega mighty is it seems to eat lube. She’ll be “fine” and it gets dry as a bone.
