21M and 21F, we just got into polyamory

Hey everyone,

My partner and I have recently decided to explore non-monogamy. We’ve agreed that she can have another boyfriend alongside me, and I can have another girlfriend alongside her.

Honestly, I’m pretty confused about how to approach this. We’re both new to it, and while we’ve talked about being open to the idea, I’m not really sure what the next steps should look like.

For those of you who have experience with non-monogamy:

  • How did you get started?
  • What should we discuss or establish before either of us starts dating someone else?
  • How do you deal with jealousy, insecurity, or comparing yourself to your partner’s other relationship?
  • As a guy entering this for the first time, is there anything I should specifically be aware of?
  • Should I actively look for another girlfriend, or just let it happen naturally?

I’d really appreciate advice from people who have actually been through this. We want to do it in a healthy and respectful way rather than jumping in without knowing what we’re doing.

20M | Delhi, India | Looking for someone to connect with and see where it goes

Hey!

I'm a 20-year-old guy from Delhi who's looking to meet someone genuine. I'm hoping to find a girl who's interested in getting to know each other, having good conversations, and seeing if it naturally turns into something meaningful.

A little about me:

  • I love cooking and trying out new recipes (bonus points if you're a foodie).
  • I enjoy painting whenever inspiration strikes.
  • I write short stories because I love creating worlds and characters.
  • I hit the gym almost regularly—trying to stay healthy while balancing everything else.

I'd describe myself as easygoing, curious, and someone who values honesty and effort in a connection. I enjoy both deep conversations and random late-night chats about anything and everything.

I'm not looking to rush into anything. Whether we start as friends or click romantically, I'm happy to let things develop naturally.

If you're around my age, from India (Delhi is a plus, but not a requirement), and think we'd get along, feel free to send me a message. Tell me something about yourself instead of just saying "hi"—I'd love to hear what you're passionate about.

Looking forward to meeting someone interesting.
