tip out questions

My club doesn’t require tip out but it’s obviously socially required, if that makes sense. I’m wondering how to determine how much to give? A day shift veteran told me she tends to give $10 to house mom/dj/bouncer, and more if things go well… but I don’t know how to determine that. When I did back to back VIP I tipped the bouncer highly for all his help, but on an average night ($600 or so) I don’t know what’s standard? I definitely want to stay on the good side of the staff. Should I tip waitresses if I don’t buy drinks? what if I get water from them or something?

how to ask for tips?

everywhere I see more veteran strippers saying its important to ask for tips, but I can't figure out how to do this without feeling awkward/demanding? If I sell a room and somebody hands me the $300, am I supposed to then be like, where's my tip on top of that? I have a hard time asking for things I want in general and I am learning how to do that with this job, but would love any tips (lol) on how to ask for tips on dances/rooms/chatting/etc. in a way that feels flirty or natural?

advice for balancing time/rejection?

hey all, I’m a baby stripper, worked three shifts so far and broke $1k on my third. I’ve wanted to do this forever and was amazed to pass the audition and do so well in my first week. But I had a situation that bummed me out my last shift and wanted to see if anyone would give advice. Basically I had a sweet guy who kept getting rooms, really loved me, would have deep chats with me and tell me I’m his dream girl, that he wants me to visit him etc etc. I know guys are full of shit but he kept buying rooms so I thought we were having fun. He said he would keep buying rooms to hang with me all night. Then after the last one I asked to quickly go to the bathroom and he said he needed to as well and when I came back he had been poached by another girl and immediately taken to a room. when they came up later I was on the floor and said hi when he passed (did NOT want to step on her toes) and he said hi but then ignored me. my manager ended up hyping me back up and I got a much better customer after that but it felt like a blow. Is there a better way to handle this going forward? With back to back rooms sometimes you do just need to go to the bathroom lol… I know rejection is part of the game but it felt like I had him in my pocket and then fumbled the bag :(
