I love to run! I don’t see many abdls who share running as an interest. Most abdls I encounter ate gamers (no hate, just not my pace).

Typically I’ve been noticing good times on longer distance runs while diapered, which I’ll give the diaper credit that I didn’t have to stop for any bathroom breaks.

I have dealt with minor chafing on some hot days. I have learned a little diaper cream and compression shorts really makes a huge difference. Ive also noticed way less chafing when I diaper up and run on the treadmill at the gym.

Curious to see if anyone else has the same interest in running and ABDL as me! Also curious if there are any gym rats who are diaper wearers as well!
