5 years ago I M51 at the time started a relationship with a F21. Or so I thought. 2 years later I discovered she was in fact only 20 at that point and had been 18½ when we started. Why she chose to deceive me is a long story and how I discovered is longer still. But not the point of this discussion. What I am interested to hear is other's experiences of flirting with obvious age gaps. Something I've become much more aware of.

I guess I'm ok looking, and stay in pretty good shape with regular gym sessions. And I've always been self confident. But in the last 5 years, possibly because of my age gap relationship, I've been very conscious of younger women obviously flirting with me. Take just the last 2 or 3 weeks:

1. A new girl.started in my favourite coffee shop - she's not even 20, pretty and slim/curvy and she is for sure flirting with me - the body language is unmistakable, glances, playing with hair, laughing too easily at my bad old guy jokes, making sure I notice as she adjusts her clothing, asking me for advice if the shop is quiet, etc.

2. I was in a local bar when a female sports team came in for a birthday celebration. Before they arrived it was kind of quiet and they livened the place up no end, and within an hour or so I'd been invited to join them for drinks. It ended up with 2 of the girls, both under 25, cute and fit-sexy, basically vying for my attention. Flattery overload. I got both their numbers, btw.

3. Stopped to help a middle aged woman who was broken down beside the road. Turns out she had a friend with her, probably mid-20s. As it happened I couldn't help much as the problems were serious and they needed recovering but I offered them some drinks which I happened to have in my car as it was a hot day and I waited with them for the recovery truck and the younger one was clearly flirting as we chatted about a whole range of topics. I was with them.about an hour while we waited and it flew by. I was sorry the truck appeared. It seems braless is the new normal for genZ. Love the self-confidence.

My guess is others have this same experience. Did it happen suddenly, or was it a confidence thing? Has it always been there and it's just that I.am only now realising it's happening? Any thoughts?

Like most guys I find my partner sexy. But I really get off comparing her to other sexy women and imagining who wins in terms of sexiness of her figure or even in a catfight or wrestling match.

About 20 years ago, after a very enjoyable evening, my date invited me back to her apartment where I encountered a waterbed for the first and only time. I can say the experience was overall a good one - but sadly the date wasn't repeated due to a dramatic situation she had going on with an off/on ex.
