Doms: was it ever difficult to not have full authority/control over a sub outside of play/scenes?
I have had the hardest time understanding why my partner was such a good, careful play partner/Dom but extremely controlling and emotionally dismissive outside of it.
That got me wondering, maybe the total control and authority is something that spills over and you might have to learn how to draw the line in / out of scenes especially in the beginning or if you don’t even fully realize that’s what’s happening?
