Hey friends, haven’t been feeling very sexy recently but still wanted to show off something I’m proud of. Yesterday I hit a 495lbs deadlift PR! I’m hoping to get out of my funk soon and get some sub worthy shots.
I’ll join in on the vulnerability. My body image has been a constant struggle for me, ngl looking at this picture still gives me a sense of “failure”. Here is January ‘24 (317lbs)-October ‘24 (255lbs)-July ‘26 (280lbs).
My favorite pictures of myself are the ones where no one can see my love handles, they’re all I can focus on when present. But I have remind myself even though I have gained weight back, I have gained strength along with it.

Unique-ish. I’m rarely without a Milwaukee Brewers hat (I am not connected to the state of Wisconsin in any other way😂) and the baseball is one my brother-in-law got me from one of my favorite players that was in the Brewers minors at the time, Keston Hiura.
He sent me a picture of the guy standing right infront of him in center field. I said “yell Kestdaddy at him and please get me a ball” 30min later he sent me a picture of it. It’s sits on the dash in my truck and I play with it in traffic.
