How much can I uncover?
Around 20% body fat with 3-3.5 cm fat pad. If I drop to 14% how much do you think I can uncover?

First time pegging. I will start with small lengthwise dildo. But do men who get pegged prefer bigger size once they get comfortable? Do they feel difference in pleasure?
Is it better to do all 5 pumping sets right after my extender, or split it to 3 sets after extender + 3 sets later in the day for better growth and EQ?
5 minutes each set at 7inhg
I’ve been logging for 7 months. Progress was great initially, but I’ve been completely flat for the last 3 months. Need a brutal critique on my routine evolution.
Stats:
Start: 17.1 cm BPSFL
Current: 18.3 cm BPSFL (Stalled here for 3 months)
Current routine
Extender: Gradual ramp-up (3lbs/10m -> 4lbs/10m -> 5lbs/10m -> 6lbs/30m -> 7lbs/30m).
Pumping: 4-5 sets of 5 mins @ 7-8 inHg immediately after.
Schedule: 5 On / 2 Off.
My Old Routine is: Ramp-up (3-6 lbs for 30m) -> Max Tension (7 lbs for 60m)
I suspect that by making my ramp-up more gradual and reducing my "Time Under Tension" at max weight (7 lbs), I’ve lost the stimulus needed to push past 18.3 cm.
Do you think this current routine is too "soft" compared to the old one?
Should I ditch the 60-min ramp-up and return to the old structure (more time at max weight)?
Given that I’m stalled at 18.3 cm, is it time to push tension above 7 lbs, or would you keep the tension constant and just increase the duration at 7 lbs?
Hey guys,
I’ve been doing PE 5 days a week (5/7 routine) since November. Today I did cardio for the first time in a long time.
During the workout, I felt a strong urge to pee, but it wasn't exactly like a normal full bladder. It felt more like spasms right in my pelvic floor. When I stopped and went to the bathroom, nothing came out.
Why is this happening? And what should I do?

BPSFL is growing nicely (+1.2cm / +0.47"), but BPEL is lagging. Normal smooth muscle lag or EQ fatigue?
I'm currently 7 months into my PE journey. My routine is carefully scheduled around a 5 On / 2 Off structure.
My Daily Routine:
Extender:80-90 mins @ 3-7 lbs.
Pump: 4 to 5 sets of 5 mins @ 7-8 inHg (done right after the extender).
I’ve made solid gains and my Tunica is definitely expanding, but I’m experiencing a noticeable and frustrating lag between my stretched and actual erect measurements.
Here are my current stats:
Starting BPSFL:17.1 cm
Current BPSFL: 18.3 cm (Solidly locked here for a while)
Post-workout BPSFL:18.9 cm (Showing great elasticity)
Current BPEL: 18.0 cm (And I only hit this with maximum effort, right before the point of no return/ejaculation)
The Issue:
My BPEL just isn't catching up. The very first time I measured a BPEL of 18.1 cm was way back on April 15th. Since then, I've only seen that number a handful of times. Even though my baseline BPSFL has comfortably reached 18.3 cm, my BPEL seems stuck at 18.0 cm.
My Questions :
Edit: when I say extending 3-7 I mean every ten minutes I increase weight by 1(0-10m/3,10-20m/4,20-30m/5), when I reach 6lbs I hold it for 30 minutes and then another 30 minutes at 7lbs.
I’ve been training since November and I have a question about my progress.
My BPSFL has definitely gone up by 1.3cm (I measure before and after my sessions). However, I’m a bit confused about my BPELgains.
When I started, I was at 17.4cm but I don't really remember how good my erection quality was back then. Now I’m at 18.1cm, but honestly, I only track my BPEL now when I’m right at the point of finishing to make sure I'm at 100% EQ.
My questions:
Since my BPSFL grew by 1.3cm, is it safe to say that I’ve actually gained real length?
Do you think I've made actual BPEL gains, or is the 18.1cm just because I'm measuring at peak EQ now?
Should I trust BPSFL more than BPEL to track actual tissue growth?
Thanks for any insights!
