We will hit 50,000 members by tomorrow and i took over this subreddit when it was less than 1000 members. I take a lot of pride in the fact that i have build this community thats a good bridge between nsfw subreddits and the extreme sex subreddits with no real conversations.
My vision has always been that this sub should be for people that know how to behave, basic manners, etiquettes. i guess another way to measure the bech mark is, are these People that i would want to hang out with in real life? if the answer is no, then i don't want them in this subreddit.
It's hard its really hard trying to filter people out, based on 1 thing they said... Someone could be really good person, great conversational but in a bad mood make a bad comment and we consider them to be not someone we want here.
So, i think i am leaning towards this direction where we close the subreddit to approved members only (Currently there are 50 or so). Anyone else can view but not post or comment. Every week, we open the subreddit for a day and let others post, now depending on their post quality or comment quality, we either make them approved member or remove thier post.
This is the only solution i can think of but i am open the any ideas the community might have. I will not be taking any serious decision right now its obviously going to be after a lot of discussion.
For now, i would suggest you make posts/comments and get approved (invitation only, please don't ask for it).

We are Changing entire website and subreddit to match our new theme and logo. This is the logo we are leaning towards, but not sure about what color suits the subreddit.
