Update on the Himplant May 2026 - Washington DC experience & Immersive video of the Kingmaker

Hello Everyone,

I wanted to wish everyone a Happy Memorial Day weekend. It is a time to reflect on the sacrifices of our men and women in uniform and thank them for our freedoms.

I wanted to update you on some of the improvements in Himplant surgery, especially in my practice. I currently perform about 10–15 cases a week on patients from around the globe, including many with fillers, patients without circumcision, peyronie's (penile curvature) and those with prior suspensory ligament cuts. I also perform the Kingmaker procedure, the combined one-incision three-piece penile prosthesis and Himplant surgery, in select patients with severe refractory erectile dysfunction.

As with all surgeries, there are certain risks, and you should always speak with your own Himplant surgeon regarding their preferences and recommendations. All surgeries have potential complications. These include postoperative bleeding, infection, and possible scar formation.

In order to reduce postoperative bleeding, swelling, and immune response, I have been using diluted epinephrine in the antibiotic irrigation solution, similar to liposuction tumescent fluid used by plastic and cosmetic surgeons. This has led to significantly improved postoperative recovery outcomes. No complications related to epinephrine have occurred.

In addition, I have prescribed immediatley a short 6-day course of oral Medrol Dosepak (methlyprednisolone) to patients undergoing Himplant surgery, penile prosthesis surgery, and Kingmaker procedures. This has resulted in a significant reduction in postoperative swelling, pain, and bruising. Our goal is to reduce the risk of excessive inflammation.

We cannot prevent every complication, but if we can reduce postoperative risk, we may reduce the likelihood of long-term issues.

I still believe that all patients undergoing Himplant surgery should be extremely inactive for the first 2 weeks, avoid the gym for 4 weeks, and avoid sex or masturbation for 8 weeks. Almost all of my patients who have experienced bleeding or seroma did not follow these recommendations. Not all, but most. With new methods, this number will continue to reduce.

Himplant surgery is becoming global. Last week, I had more than 18 top surgeons from around the world visit my clinic and surgery center for immersive learning. Many patients have realized that temporary or permanent fillers are not ideal solutions for girth enhancement due to migration, temporary results, irregularities, and possible skin damage from permanent fillers. Avoid PMMA or liquid silicone. You don't want to become another victim.

Advances in Himplant technique and postoperative care are helping reduce complications significantly. I currently perform about 40–50 cases per month at my Washington, DC location alone.

I hope this update is helpful.

Happy Memorial Day.

Here is a link to a new immersive video we posted of the entire procedure, which included removing fat and dermal accelular matrix turned to stone, plastic spacer in a wonderful getleman. He had the Kingmaker and his results are incredible so far. He may post his 8 weeks results himself.
