It is my knowledge that dxm has a rapid effect equivalent to an ssri. Wouldn't this make the serotonin from a drug like lsd pool and give serotonin syndrome???

I'm going 4th plat for my first time trying dxm and was wondering the actual danger I have to be cautious about. I understand that it's probably going to be traumatizing. I have nothing for the whole 2 weeks to do following my trip so the after effects aren't a worry, and it's freezing cold in my part of the world, so the sweating and hyperthermia aren't a worry. I'm not going to eat for a whole 5 hours prior to consumption of the dxm as well.

For context I've done 3.5g shrooms b4 and was wondering

Never tried dxm, looking for an experience where I can front my imagination to the max and create artificial hyperreal worlds. I want total dissociation from secular reality, and I'm not expecting physical movement there. I've done high doses of shrooms and weed and I don't move at all on those drugs too, so I'm accustomed to absence of movement and the experience of dissociation. I'm thinking 4th plat? But my concern is with death or an ER trip considering I have zero tolerance. I'm also accustomed to unpleasant trips, I've never enjoyed weed or shrooms except at low doses.
