Which cage do most couples prefer shaft only or ball trap devices?

I was wondering how easy is it to take off if your wife/partner is in the mood. I have not experienced having to remove it as I’m still testing out devices and have not told my wife. It seems it wouldn’t be easy to remove the gland ring or shaft while hard? The ball trap style you can remove the cage, might not be able to get the base ring off, it could be a cock ring and can still have sex.
