Fully synthetic opioids that have euphoria compareble to oxy or heroin.

Since fentanyl and methadone are bottom tier euphoria wise, are there any good alternatives that come close to oxy or heroin, i've heard zenes, butyrfentanyl, u-47700 and dextromoramide, but i can't get my hands on any of those, how about 2map or o-dsmt?

Why is IV a stereotype among opiod users

For heroin and fentanyl, especially, I know it gives a stronger rush and has higher bioavailability, so you need less to get high. But the same is true for meth and coke, you can smoke, snort, or eat heroin and fentanyl, so why is IV so common?

Opioids more euphoric than heroin and oxycodone

After countless hours on Reddit, the only opioids I've seen mentioned to be more euphoric are dextromoramide (Palfium, Jetrium), butyrfentanyl, oxymorphone, and maybe etonitazene. Are there any others?

I’ve been drinking 500 ml (a bit over a pint) of vodka per day for two years. I only drink it after dinner and then i go to bed. I don’t experience withdrawals throughout the day, but I do get withdrawals if I miss a drink completely. I’ve seen people say they have to take opioids every couple of hours, or even wake up during the night with withdrawals. My question is: if I take oxy or any other opioid once per day, can I maintain it at one dose per day, like alcohol, or will I need to take multiple doses per day? I understand tolerance and increasing the dose, but what about frequency?
