I’ve had to move to the C&W team due to the NVH team no longer operating, so I no longer get to choose who I see for meta.
Off to a great start as I’m now down £60 in train tickets due to them booking the wrong appointment and being unable to refund them.
Just asking to prepare myself and see what technique is offered and if there’s anything I need to look out for.
Will be checking transbucket too.

I’ve recently had to move my referral over to a different hospital due to the one I wanted to go to stopping masculinising surgeries.
However, this does mean that I am likely to get surgery sooner than planned and it’s meant I’ve been researching even more seriously.
With this it’s made me realise that UL may not be physically possible without vaginectomy due to my anatomy. I am intersex and it means my natal anatomy isn’t like the diagrams available out on the internet.
While it will make metoidioplasty with UL possibly easier, it does make it essentially impossible to keep the natal plumbing.
I am struggling to come to terms with that as I had in my head an expectation of results already.
Has anyone else faced this?
