Looking for slightly thicker hook with no ball! Any help is appreciated.

Hey, i saw this video from “realtimebondage” were they used this slightly thicker anal hook with no ball at the end. Estim / electropebble questions

Recently bought a electropebble and some eggs to use on myself but it seems like there is no “random” mode. Was hoping for this to be used as kind of a (punishment) for me but would be more fun if there was a random mode with the lengths, intensity and frequency adjustable. The closest thing i can currently do is put it to audio mode and maybe let youtube just play randomly next to it🤷🏽‍♀️
Curious if there are any other units that have this “random” mode that i want
