Everyones doing yohimbe wrong. Isolated yohimbine, the shit most commonly sold, is terrible. Youve got to eat or smoke whole yohimbe bark. Just try it, fr, its a huge diff.

Im sure a lot of you have heard of yohimbine, its a natural pde5 inhibitor and aphrodisiac (boner and horny drug) isolated from the yohimbe tree thats in a shit ton of OTC mens health supps, but it has some nasty side effects. It does help with en-bone-ulation but its also a strong adrenergic stim, most people get a lot of anxiety and full on panic from it, and the stimulation it provides is best described as "sharp". Taken orally it lasts 8 hours, 8 hours of unpleasant, teeth grinding, tweaky cold and anxious stimming. For that reason its not really popular outside of gymbros who want insane lasting energy at the gym, however bad it feels. Most people try it once and go "Never again!". Its the salvia of stims.

But yohimbine is not the only chemical in the yohimbe plant. Similar to other natural drug plants like cannabis, yohimbe produces a whole range of related chemicals. Its got other pde5 inhibitors in it as well as yohimbine, meaning whole herb is better for erections, and theres also anti-adrenergic and gaba-a agonist chems in the whole bark, which counteract the worst of the stimulant downsides.

Its much smoother and nicer than isolated yohimbine, less sharp andtreth grindy and even a little euphoric. A couple gs of bark is usually enough for prosexual effects. And if you smoke the bark... holy shit. Theres a strong stimulation for about 15 minutes, and everything gets bright and color saturated and lights leave trails, then you get a massive priapism for a couple hours. Its wild! Lasts much shorter this way, 2-3 hours instead of 8 with residual stimulation. Either way, if you like yohimbine, or want to use it but dont like the nasty sides, give yohimbe bark a try. Its a whole different beast.

This one surprised me.
