Possible Milk Wizard on the Prowl ๐Ÿ‘€

Greetings my lac-tator tots. Just wanted to put out a quick reminder to keep advice and conversations on the sub, in the main feed, and not to talk to strangers unless you've followed our rules in messaging with them. We have Rule 1 in place to protect the community at large and no one should be DMing you without your permission in the comments. We are SO GRATEFUL to all of you who report your unwanted DMs, it's like you're part of the neighborhood watch.

It has come to our attention that a banned, non inducing individual u/Significant-Arm3714 has reached out without permission to community member(s) to offer his advice/take questions... We generally refer to folks like this as "Milk Wizards". They want to speak with you privately and share all their amazing insight and tricks to magically assist you in inducing, they know sooo much ๐Ÿ˜‘. Yeah, okay buddy. While you all have free will and can do as you please, we encourage that you don't participate in off forum Milk Wizard dialogue. Often this is just a ploy from one of the local pervs to get you talking for their benefit or to share personal information with them.

Feel free to preemptively block this individual so they cannot reach out to you. If you have had someone DM you without permission, modmail us an Imgur upload screenshot or message myself or u/SqueakyLion2 directly with a screenshot and we will take it from there. You may also report anyone who DMs you to Reddit for harassment without ever accepting their message.

Thank you all and stay safe.

Nursing/Pumping Clothing Help

Morning all! I have posted before about all my nursing bras, tees, and dresses but I am on the hunt for something I haven't found yet and I hope you may be able to help. I am looking for nursing dresses that unclip like nursing bras, so in theory they would have more of an adjustable bra strap look than a true tank appearance. I have found the tank tops like this for nursing, but I really want the dresses. Has anyone stumbled on anything like this? I know they exist because Milkman and I saw them in a video and I immediately knew I needed them in my wardrobe. I love my nursing dresses but those would be so great for fall with sweaters. I'm a basic bitch and love my fall sweaters.

If anyone needs recs or wants me to link my posts about my previous finds let me know and I will after work!

Edit: that/than

Suckler Poll: Do you prefer milky or dry nursing, or does it even matter?

Hello to the magic mouthed militia!

u/CurvyJap just put up a post wanting some discussion regarding whether or not sucklers prefer dry or milky suckling and asked if anyone had done a poll... So I thought since it has been quite a while since I'd done a poll, it was a good time to put one up. Head over to their post if you feel like leaving some input in the comments, but take a moment to vote anonymously here if you don't mind. I like giving the silent parties here a voice in polls.

No matter the results of the poll, remember everyone has their own special connection with their suckler(s) and develops their ANR in their own way. Milky or dry you aren't defined by if you produce or not. Happy suckling!

Eating Feral, Because Apparently I have a Life and Can't Just Focus on My Boobs ๐Ÿ™„ How Do You Survive?

Hello breast friends, I come to you tonight because... well... I miss talkin' to ya and also because I have something important to me to talk about. Snacks and beverages!

I don't have anything earth shattering to share, I've talked in old posts about foods and supplements that are ideal but tonight I wanted to start a conversation about the boring real world shit we are doing to try to help ourselves along in the world of lactation. The stuff we are doing in the moment to meet ourselves we where are at, cause heaven knows we generally don't get to be a lactation focused titty time trad wife/partner most days! (Not an actual focus on being the social media "trad wife" ideal, versus the lactation schedule ideal most of us wish for ๐Ÿ˜ญ)

I wanted to share what I did tonight after work, what I am hoping to do the next couple weeks to step up my lactation galactagogue intake, alongside getting back into some of the supplement powders I used to take daily. I'm hoping some of you in the neighborhood may want to share your real life stuff as well. None of us are perfect, so let's show the little things we do for ourselves that may give someone else a good idea they may be able to incorporate. I have been fighting since last summer to bring my supply back and damn it, I miss my milk, but I love my sanity. However, it feels good to find ways to take care of me, focus on me, and know I am making an effort when time daily is slipping though my fingers like sand.

For me:

- When I want something sweet at night I try to keep oats on hand as they are a galactagogue. Granted it is the peaches and cream instant variety, and while I know my body responds better to my legit steel cut oats cooked from scratch... I feel pretty damn good about a bowl of peaches and cream oats, a splash of whole milk, with a slice of toast at midnight over a spoon of Nutella.

- Tonight I bastardized my own version of "cowboy caviar" and tweaked it to suit me and what I like. Let's pretend I just meal prepped :p. Picture below. This is something I can pick at, munch on, make a meal of, pack for lunch, top tomorrow's chicken tacos with, or use as a side with so much versatility for the next 4-5 days easily. Now I have a huge bowl that's a source of fiber, folate, vitamin C, protein, complex carbs, and even some galactagogues and I won't feel one bit guilty when I layer it on a tostada with avocado and sour cream/crema (calcium!!) or wolf it down in a scoop chip with some sliced avocados. **It took NO cooking and maybe 10 mins to mix up.** If anyone wants my "recipe" I'm happy to share, otherwise Google and play around. I changed up the ingredients a bit and the dressing scenario with lime, fresh cilantro, and caldo de pollo.

- I have gone back to making my lactation lemonade every day! Yes, it's a Munchkin mix that I purchase through Amazon, and it's not suuuuper cheap but it's easy and it takes no thought. I was sick of over thinking. I mix two packets into a 40oz $20 Stanley knock off in the morning and I never think twice about it again. Pictures below, mix linked here. This does contain fenugreek.

- I want to make lactation lattes... Milky matchas. I have beautiful gear to make wonderful coffee, I would love to make beautiful matchas. I miss the smell of coffee permeating my teeny home ๐Ÿ˜ญ. I have no fucking time to do this during the week. But I do have refrigerated coffee, instant Cafe Bustelo, and Tazo Strawberry Matcha! Boom. I now plan to mix my debittered brewers yeast powder into a beverage anytime I have time to do so in the morning/on the weekend. Why not? I don't treat myself to coffee while I'm out all day! So I also splurged on a premade cold foam (pictured below), is it full of preservatives? Oh yeah, I'm sure it is, but it tastes like what I am sure a crack addiction feels like ๐Ÿคค. Cold foam carmel milky boobs macchiato baby, coming right up! Mixed with some whole milk this will help me with my calcium goals too, but I also have oatmilk to really power pack the lactation feel of the latte.

- I am getting back to upping my soluble prebiotic fiber, everyone generally needs a little more fiber in their life. I like to add some to at least one of my three 40oz cups of water for shits ๐Ÿคญ and gut biome giggles. I fell off this wagon, I'm getting back on.

- ๐ŸŽ„ you know how I said oats are a galactagogue? Well, I have my mom's recipe for no bake chocolate peanut butter oatmeal cookies and I want to play around and see if I can mix in some brewers yeast or flax meal. ๐Ÿ˜ We will see if it takes until Christmas! ๐Ÿคž๐Ÿผ

- The promised picture pictured below!

Do you have anything you're willing to share? Thank for listening to my rambles. Milky out

Anyone with SI Joint/Hip Issues Have Tips for an Enthusiastic Pegger?

Not to sound like an old woman here, but maybe you lovely folks have some tips for me ๐Ÿ˜… ...I feel 27 most days but my 43 year old body doesn't always agree. (I swear I'm 43 and not a bot lol)

I have a delicious 6'4"ish man that for over 16 years has made me wanna climb him like a tree cause he's pure sex on legs, and pegging is only making that more intense. Thing is, until we entered the amazing world of pegging our 12" height difference was never anything but sexy. While we are finding fun ways to overcome that during pegging, I am struggling with an SI joint (sacroiliac) injury that I earned training for a Spartan race some years back. I notice I tend to aggravate it if I'm on my toes thrusting too long or if I'm in a wonky position as I'm just learning to wield cock the last few years (I have a new respect for what you men do! ๐Ÿ˜ฎโ€๐Ÿ’จ). While we don't peg nearly as often as either of us would like, I'd love to find ways to build more stamina in my hips so I can really be the in control Mommy he deserves and I fantasize about being. I'm hoping more stamina/strength may insulate or at least take some stress off the SI joint itself. I'd rather not just peg in positions that prevent my hips from needing to do the work. I want to be active and involved, I want to "hit it" from all the angles ๐Ÿคญ and give him the same pleasure he's provided me with for years. I just need my stupid right hip to cooperate.

I have made sure to invest in an array of toys of different lengths and have a variety of harnesses to place them differently so I will be able to experiment to see if that allows me to place my hips in better positions. However, I keep coming back to the thought that I need to focus on some sort of exercise or stretching to strengthen that area of my body. I'm not in super shape and never will be, I'm a beautiful fluffy biscuit and he loves me that way ๐Ÿฅฐ. My life doesn't lend itself to time for the gym, I work about 50+ hours a week, and work has me on the road a lot which is terrible for my hips. But I am more than willing to put in work at home!!

Has anyone run into SI issues affecting them when it comes to thrusting? Any tips you can think of worth passing along? Thanks in advance โ˜บ๏ธ

Pumpables Liquid Cups Review...Just Super Delayed ๐Ÿ˜…

*Fair warning I began writing this in early June, but being a mom to a teen and working lots of hours as a Project Manager I am finally making time to finish this near the end of July, so sorry all!*

Hello my dearest Lactator-tots!! I cannot explain how much I miss writing up posts about gear or random findings to discuss with all of you and chatting in the comments, my new job is taking up a lot of time but I am still here and am excited to tell you when I do try something new!

I finally tried out my Pumpables Liquid Cups I was so excited to get, and I am thrilled to say they did not disappoint one bit! I have been a die hard Liquid Kit user with my Baby Buddha if I wasn't using my Lacevo wearable, so I was thrilled to see the cups on the Pumpables website for a more discreet pumping option at home when I don't want to use the Lacevo (save battery for the next day or too tired to wait to charge). I am still hiding my induction from a smart teenager and prefer to keep things under wraps as much as possible, and the LK's sticking out of a nursing bra are pretty obvious under a PJ shirt if I were to be barged in on ๐Ÿ˜….

I have had struggles getting much of a letdown on the right with some equipment and rarely ever got a letdown on the left if I did not use one of the two pump/flange options above. Traditional flanges just have not done it for me in the past (hard flanges, spectra style, general flange styles w/o compression). The original LK's and their massaging action have given me the most reliable pumping results over the last couple of years, they most closely resemble Milkman's suckle, plus they just LAST and are high quality products. This meant I was hoping to have a good result right out of the box with the LK Cups too....which can be a foolish hope! I know boobs tend to take time to adjust to changes in flanges and suction can change a bit when you move to cups from a standard breast shield. IBCLC Jessica flat out says wearables can take weeks to adjust to so I was not sure how I would adapt to these.

I am pleased to say that my very first use I actually pumped double what I typically pump in one go ๐Ÿ˜! Even my left breast let down the way it does in a traditional LK. This was a big surprise for me and really motivational as I have struggled with my supply slipping as I have been so busy with work and my lack of stimulation regularity. The cups did not leak or move around once placed, the silicone washed well, the cups were easy to place in my Momcozy mesh bra and I did not need to pull out my larger bra (designed for wearables that offers extra space). The cups also came apart and washed easily, putting them back together wasn't any more tricky than any other wearable cup.

Overall these were possibly the best fit of all the cups I have tried! Like the Baby Buddha cups, the tubing comes from the top but the tubing is so much more secure and I really didn't feel there was a worry of loss of suction due to their connector. I know I am a bit biased as they are automatically a Pumpables product and I love that I was able to just order them in my size.

If anyone is considering these I would look into the video from Jessica at Genuine Lactation (linked in my previous post which is linked up top!) and just ensure you like the idea of the way the Pumpables work. I would *love* to answer any questions that I can, and keep in mind you can always reach out to their customer service team. These cups work with so many styles of pumps! I only knew these were back in stock in my size because their team reached out to me to let me know after I had asked when they would be available many weeks ago! I have always had great help from their customer service team. If anyone else has used them, and I know you are out there, feel free to leave a general opinion in the comments.

๐Ÿ’— ANR Positive Article and Journey Update

Holy moly boob buds. I have been insanely busy with my new job, even working weekends which I haven't done in years (I am grateful for being that lucky). Thought I'd share an ANR positive/normalizing article I stumbled on and leave a journey update for anyone who is curious. Article at the bottom!

Man oh man, my time helping on the sub has been impacted greatly and my stimulation and dosing routines are so out of whack and/or dwindling to nothing. I'm so grateful for all the work Squeaky is doing while I am slammed, it is so good to have her back on her journey and devoting so much of her free time to helping โค๏ธ. Love you Squeaky. I am having days where more than half my doses of Dom have been missed or wildly off schedule. There have been multiple days in a row where I've been too tired to pump and crash before I can sneak it in, suddenly it's been 48 hours and everything hurts - I am lucky there's been no clogs! I have all but given up on my supplements because time is flying by and it's suddenly too late for me to take them my preferred way. Granted, all of this means my already low supply (I had been fighting to get back since the experiment) is tanking. Many days I am below 10mL, and not hydrating as well isn't helping. I'm trying very hard not to be hard on myself about that rn since making milk brings me a lot of joy and pride. I have had a hard time fighting the emotions about feeling like I'm making a disappointmenting amount for Milkman, I've always been hard on myself about supply. He of course is so wonderful and doesn't even acknowledge when I try to complain about my supply. He tells me I'm so damn milky and incredibly sexy, even commenting on how bright white the milk is to really stroke my ego ๐Ÿฅฐ. I'm a lucky woman. I need to remember he doesn't care if I make gallons or none, his mind is still blown we've done it, and he is thrilled for even a drop.

I didn't do my usual cute celebration or my normal post for my Milkaversary, we hit 2 years on April 1st. I haven't even given Milkman his gift yet, but I am beyond thrilled that we are this far in to milkiness and nothing is old. The magic isn't lost, and Milkman grabs me even tighter than he used to. My new job is amazing and I feel so accomplished, but I am using all of my free minutes trying to spend time with my almost Freshman kiddo... Or inadvertently napping because I've sat down finally ๐Ÿคฃ. I rage cleaned my kitchen and picked up the house tonight because I knew I had to wash pump parts and I'm sick of life feeling a bit disorganized since I don't have the time I used to ๐Ÿค” I may also be a bit hormonal and easily irritated! Tonight I've had an adult gummy treat and will now tell myself to relax and pump. I hope you are all doing well, keep at it, but be kind to yourself when life starts getting in the way. All will not be lost ๐Ÿ˜….

As for the article, it is very ANR normalizing and it was neat to see it from a broad community and talking regarding how *we may feel* and how we bond through this. There aren't enough normalizing articles.
