I can’t get my balls in any ring from testosterone use,
Maybe you guys can tell me how a shaft only cage works, right now I strap the cage down with a belt.

So since I am on testosterone my balls have shrunk, I have tried many different ring sizes, like 8 sizes and none of them work, even if my balls hang for a little bit they quickly pull up and ring and cage slide off. Since I only wear the cage with my wife for teasing for like 20min. I bought this 3 point belt that I use to strap down the ring and cage so it won’t move..
Please let me know if you have any other advice for a guy that can’t get any ring around is balls that shrunken and too small for any ring size out there.
