We have seen a recent uptick in the number of posts from scammers/spammers. When you see a post that looks too good to be true (usually an explicitly nude photo of a female saying she is 'free now' 'can host' etc) - check their profile. You will usually see that they have posted in multiple cities and/or have a link to their Telegram or other messaging app in their profile.

IN SUCH CIRCUMSTANCES REPORT THE POST AND DO NOT COMMENT ON THE POST, LIKE IT OR OTHERWISE ENCOURAGE IT. POSTS WITH HIGH LEVELS OF ENGAGEMENT ARE PRIORITISED BY THE ALGORITHM AND DIRECT YET MORE TRAFFIC TO THE SCAMMERS.
