Newbie Girth Routine in limited time

I am currently 6.9” BPEL and 4.8” G. My GF is quite small (<5ft) so length is no issue, I bottom out in the right positions already. We are going to be long distance for the next two years and I am looking to make gains while we are apart. Girth is the only focus. Goal is 5.25, maybe 5.5 if the sex continues to improve.

I work a demanding job and realistically have 30-45mins a day max to spend on PE if I’ll also continue going to the gym. How is my time best spent? I’ve seen lots of great routines here but all are significantly more involved than I know I can actually maintain. Any advice welcome and appreciated!
