Our group of friends all went to the local pride event block party. It was amazing. There were so many people dressed in kids' costumes, including furry suits. It was cool just seeing people being themselves
So here’s what worked for me. I’ve literally been wearing diapers 24/7 for over 20 years. It mostly started because of some major trauma from my time in the military and messing up my back. Back then, I wasn't even wetting the bed, I just had a super overactive bladder (OAB) and was a low-key closet DL for years.
Since I was on Medicaid, the doctor tried giving me these daytime pads with belted shields, but honestly? They were an absolute joke. But then I found out Medicaid would actually cover real diapers, so I obviously took advantage of that. Over time, my "leakage" got way worse, and I started wetting the bed at night. I kept telling my doctor at every visit, until he finally told me to call a medical supply company. He gave me a list of stuff I could get, like diapers, underpads, booster pads, and gloves. They even threw in a free can of Lysol and some periwash every month.
This was my routine until my first official back surgery. After that, I really needed diapers during the day, either because of my spine issues or just because I was so used to wearing them full-time.
Flash forward a bit: I actually taught myself how to pee while lying down. At first, I had to lie on my back with my legs open like a frog, but eventually, I could do it in any position. It’s all about learning how to relax your pelvic floor. If you keep practicing this at night, it becomes automatic. Your brain just learns the habit until you're successfully wetting at night.
Nowadays, I'm never dry. But the VA covers all my supplies now because of my spine injury, and my VA disability takes care of all my medical stuff.

"With diaper prices going up, what do you all consider a reasonable price per diaper for a high-quality, super-absorbent brand?" talking real-world overnight absorbent diapers, the fictional assortment that the diaper companies are hyping us. Personally, I like the reads inspire + about 2.97 per diaper, personally paying almost 4.00 per diaper, a bit much.
