The beach is reasonably accessible to able bodied people from the nearby free parking at the top of Beach Road where you can find toilets, food, and a pub for after the beach! Walk along the sea wall to the right (west) and you will arrive at some metal steps on the left that get you over the sea wall and into the beach. The nude area starts after maybe 200-300 meters, there are no signs but you are far enough from the sea wall. The beach is made up of some sand, lots of pebbles and shingle, rocks, just bring a towel and it’s not actually uncomfortable.
