Purchased the 1-3 business day shipping on 5/1. I get on Sunday that there probably wouldn’t be much movement, but it’s now been 3 business days and it’s still sitting there. I contacted ups and they told me to have the sender open up in investigation claim to see where and why it’s still sitting there. I talked him (sender) and he said I would either have my money refunded or I’ll receive the product I paid for.
