I have a question about titrating dose with heroin
So what would he more euphoric taking one big line or taking a small bump every 10ish minutes until you build up a high. Or would it have a difference if the end result is the same mg?

so i’m curious what the large differences would be from snorting pharma hydromorphone compared to snorting heroin
assuming it’s pure heroin what would be the major differences. aside from like stigma things what would be the differences in intensity and high and what not?
