Hi everyone! I'm curious from the perspective of both clients and providers, what do you feel is missing in this industry?
Whether it's a tool, service, or product, I'd love to hear what could make your experience better. Think: finding providers more easily, safer communication, better screening, smoother transactions, anything really.
I know this space tends to be slow to adopt new things for good reason, but I'm genuinely curious what's on your minds.
I’m 25F and getting back into the bowl after about a two year break. My last sugar relationship ended and I needed time away, but I finally feel ready to start dating again. I’m focused on only freestyling. From what I’ve seen, SA and other apps have gone downhill.
Lately, though, I’ve been feeling conflicted. It seems like there’s been a big rise in online conversations about “princess treatment” and the “soft life.” At the same time, there’s a lot of pushback from people saying that it’s unrealistic to expect to meet a wealthy man and be “plucked from obscurity.” Since freestyling is my main approach, hearing all of this has started to make me doubt myself.
I do live in a major city, and I understand that freestyling is a numbers game. I went out for the first time this year last week, and while I didn’t meet anyone, that wasn’t really my goal. I was more focused on getting comfortable being in those environments, sitting alone, and talking to new people.
Still, all the conflicting online discourse is getting to me :( it’s making me question how realistic this lifestyle still is? I know mindset plays a big role, and I’m trying not to let outside noise discourage me, but I can feel myself starting to spiral a bit.
I’d really appreciate any advice or perspective from people who have experience with this.
