I really want fangs but i heard the colors change on the rest of the teeth but not the fangs... Any way to combat this? Do i just whiten my teeth...? What are general pros and cons of having them permanent in the long term?

Cor context, I've been wanting lower surgery for a few years since getting top surgery.

Pre op, lower surgery wasnt at rhe top of my priority list and was pretty content to keep my lower half the same.

However, it was a strong desire of mine when i was pre-T and dysphoric about literally every single thing about me.

Testosterone helped with the dysphoria.

Now, my dysphoria tends to come and go for me

Its either non existent, or I-can't-masturbate-because-god-cut-off-my-dick level of dysphoria. As for my front hole, i either love it, or getting fucked feels like someone's-fucking-a-hole-that's-not-supposed-to-be-there levels of dysphoria.

Soooo yeah. Its not constant, but the fact that the dysphoria gets that extreme sucks. Yes i know some people have dysphoria constantly and hate penetration all the time, and i cant imagine what that must be like.

But dysphoria isn't a contest, and if someone doesn't need dysphoria to be trans or to get bottom surgery, then why shouldn't i want it too?

Even when im not dysphoric i wamt a dick and i know having one would give me massive euphoria...

Looking at different penises, i don't see the appeal of having a 5-6 inches phallus, but i would rather have one that's low average or slightly below average. Maybe 3-4 inches ish.

Was just wondering if anyone has similar wants/needs from surgery.

If anyone has had something like this, I'd be interested in seeing post-op photos

I don't have constant dysphoria but still want lower surgery because i know it would give mw massive euphoria. However I don't want a big dick, but something slightly below average. I was wondering if anyone else feels similarly to me, or if this os something people in the group have had done?

Today I met with Dr. Kirtishri Mishra (Metro Health in Parma) and mentioned that I would want to have a salmacian surgery if at all possible.

I wasn't expecting him to say that he offered it.

Not only can i keep my front hole, but I can have UL lengthening as well.

He said that they offered this surgery, and have had success with a few patients already.

I'm just really happy that i don't have to choose between two options that I really want, and i can have my dream surgery!

We're going to start with meta and see how im feeling about it before we pursue phalloplasty.
