Kind of urgent - Is it possible to build a physical dependency to Benzos in 7-8 days?

Timeline:

I got 14 pressed bars last Wednesday, I have taken as little as half a pill per day but maxed out at 4 pills in one day. I did go 24-36 hours without dosing a few times throughout this period, last night I took half a bar to help with the anxiety. I have 1.5 pills left. My problem isn’t that I can’t get more, my problem is that I don’t want to dig a deeper whole.

So my question is this: have I put myself in potentially dangerous waters? As far as seizures or anything like that? I just want some input from someone with a clear mind. Thanks!

Benzo dependency in less than 2 weeks?

Timeline:

Last Wednesday I got 14 pressed bars. I have take anywhere from 1-3 per day, maxed out at 4 on Monday. I haven’t been taking them all day everyday, I’ve went 24+ hours without dosing probably 2-3 times. I am not sure if I am experiencing rebound anxiety, or if I have somehow built a physical dependency in only 7-8 days. I have 1.5 bars left, so I haven’t even finished the full 14 bars.

Am I just having rebound anxiety? Or should I seek professional help? I just can’t see building a dependency with 12 pressed bars. I have been struggling with anxiety super bad lately, that is why I even got them to begin with. I just want some advice from someone with a clear mind. Doing all of this research myself is just making me feel worse. I just took another half to calm myself down. The problem isn’t that I can’t get more, it’s that I don’t want to build a physical dependency.

Thoughts? Thanks 🙏

An absolute legend messaged me

Not sure if any of you remember BenzoBen710, but he reached out a few months ago and I missed it. If you’re seeing this somewhere out there, you’re welcome back any time.

For those of you who are looking for a way out

I have been on suboxone for years. Around 9 months ago from now, I was on the daily maximum in my state of 24 milligrams. Two twelve milligram strips per day. I went from 24, to 20, to 16, to 12 and then to just 8. And from there I did it similar increments, I am now on a 64 milligrams per month injection which equals to just 2 milligrams per day! I am not sure how far down the road I want to quit totally, I have had to in the past.

For me, it was all about getting my tolerance to less than 1 MG per day. If you can cut down all the way 0.5 milligrams, or even .125 milligrams, even better. This takes time, and I think sometime people jump the gun and put themselves through more than they need to. I also think sometimes we get ahead of ourselves, and load ourselves down with more responsibility than we are ready for…

One step at a time! You got this. And if you think one day a slow taper isn’t realistic for you, I went from 24 milligrams to 2 milligrams in less than a year. It can be done. I never thought I would say these things.

EDIT:

I literally said in the post that “For me, it was all about getting my tolerance to less than 1 MG”. How much clearer can I get? “To 12 and then to 8, and from there I did it in similar increments. ALL THE WAY DOWN to 2 MG PER DAY. You people can’t read at all apparently.
