Up 3.5 pounds
So I have been letting go and eating more and drinking more beer in the last 1.5 weeks. My pants and belt have gotten more tight, I’m snacking more throughout the day, and having more sugary drinks. I’m no longer skinny skinny anymore and wonder if I’m doing the right thing.
I’m at a standstill of do I continue or do I stop. I have people here who want me to but I just want to find someone close by who has done this and talk with them about how they liked it.
I’m up for all sorts of advice and words of encouragement no matter what it’s about.
