When I was in my early 30s I met an amazing 19 year old, although I was sure she was at least 25 when we met.
I have had anything quite like it so seeing if I can find it again. She was so willing to please, naive in a fun way and we had the best time.

Ironically, most of them were older than me 5-10 years but when I was 30, I met an amazing college girl who was 19 at the time. Her need to please and willingness to try anything was absolutely amazing.
I would say a lot of it is mentally for me, so tend to lean towards TPE, but that takes time.
