I’m having issues being able to sleep in the cage, mostly because of a pain on the skin under my scrotum. I don’t have this issue during the day.

People on the /chastitytraining subreddit are saying it’s probably a ball gap size issue.

I currently have a Cobra base ring size 4 standard.

Should I:

- Get a bigger base ring?

- Get a curved base ring?

- Get a base ring with the strap loops and a strap?

I’ve never been able to go 24/7 because I keep waking up with soreness around the base of my scrotum or pinching around the bars.

How do people do it?
