Ordered from LD7… Container came half empty
Posting this after I just received my most recent order - 3g of 75% & 3g of 72.45%-
The 72.5% container arrived completely empty! I emailed a video of me opening up the container and I guess we’ll see what happens.
This is on top of me having an issue with the purchase I made prior to this one. I got completely ghosted when I sent in that email and don’t have much faith I’m going to get a response to this one. We’ll see.
Not providing goods upon purchase is some shady shit, I thought better of my (up until recently) favorite supplier. Right now, I’m willing to give the benefit of the doubt and am hoping they acknowledge their mistake and resolve the issue, accidents happen right? If not, they’ve lost my business. Will update either way.
Follow up 1: For now, my faith in this brand has been restored. They sent an email indicating that they’re going to refund me. I’m still pretty peeved, but I’m relieved that they’ve acknowledged that they messed up and are fixing things.
Clarification: the issue that I had with the previous order was my fault, not LD7’s.
