In the uk we don’t really have methadone clinics, we got local drug & alcohol services we go, they give us a months script then we go to pick up our methadone weekly at the pharmacy. Been on script for 6 years & (unprescribed) diazepam for 3. Was worried about telling them about my benzo use, incase they cut my methadone script, then I’d be double fucked. Anyway I told them I been on 10mg diazepam for the last 3 years & luckily they’re starting me on 10mg, dropping 2mg every 2-3 weeks, then when I get down to 5mg I imagine they will change it to 1mg a month maybe.. if you feel like you’re stuck on these things for life, you’re not! There’s always way out..

Got 7gs of some fire soft, might do a 0.25 cook in a spoon. Just watched a video on the sub called “Quick two minute cook” ~ search it in the search bar of this sub, looks straight forward.
