Here ye, here ye,

'Tis the day where nothing meaningful is allowed. Only shenanigans (stay tuned for the app). Today we lay like broccoli, and perhaps steam ourselves like broccoli too.

You've worked all week. You've posted thirst traps. You've kept your diets and gym routines strict. Take a day off and just do nothing.

Anyone caught doing anything will be told to do less and made to balance on the surf board of shame.

For example, have you ever taken an accounting/bookkeeping class? Do you have experience with it through operating a business or through your job?

We talk about our experience in Domination all the time, but we never chat about our experience with finances.

I've taken courses in accounting, and I also run a small business. Before that, my grandpa taught me how to keep his books for his business. I enjoy it very much.

Do you enjoy keeping track of your finances, assets, and budgeting?

Laundry, homework, cleaning out your T tanks, picking up whatever the f*ck that is in the corner of your room, finally throwing away that piece of lint on top of your dryer. Take care of it. Today is the day to get off our a** and finish the week strong. Ffs clean your mirrors so you're ready to take your thirst trap pics tomorrow. That isn't sarcasm. I recently had an interaction with someone that left me wondering why people have different views on this topic.

At first, he seemed like a potential kink partner; he made a post describing himself and I liked what I read. I replied in a playful manner. He assigned me an honorific (it was generic and not what I prefer). I found myself immediately turned off, offended even. I told him exactly what I thought about it (in hindsight, I should have taken a step back before replying, or not replied at all).

Then, he surprised me. I had called his behavior disrespectful, that it wasn't the behavior of someone looking to serve. He didn't show any signs of getting upset or offended. Instead, he simply said we had different definitions of respect. He was absolutely right.

He's not the first to use a generic honorific with someone he doesn't know. People do it all the time. We've all seen it (specifically with those who identify as Dommes). Some Dommes like it, and some think it's a red flag.

But *why* do we have different definitions of respect when it comes to this topic in particular?

I want to have a genuine discussion with the community about the psychology behind this behavior so that we may understand each other better.

Target has a lot of their Halloween out. The new Threshold line is cool. I picked up a few pieces, like the haunted graveyard pillow and a matching soft knit blanket. The Bullseye section has some awesome items too; the glass goblets and ceramic spike vases were my favorite. I also found more hobbit MTG packs and some Stok Pumpkin cold brew. 👽

Even though it's as hot as Satan's booty hole, I felt a bit of the summer aggression fade away.

I finished my last exam today. I officially got a 4.0 for the semester with two accelerated classes and one non-accelerated class.

I cried happy tears. I feel like I can finally breathe.

I figured out that the voice actor who plays Thackery Binx is the same voice actor who plays Haku in Spirited Away. Apparently dude was also in A Goofy Movie and Step by Step. That's why he not only sounds familiar but also looks familiar.

Distract me from thinking about the exam I took today. I don't get the grade until tomorrow and I'm obsessing over it.

I came home from class and took a nap. I just woke up and thought I was late for my exam tomorrow lol.

Summer days mess with my head because the sun feels like it never goes away. 💀

Who's ready for winter already?

I've made so many good friends in this space. Not often do I get the feeling that I'd match with someone. Most of the time people are too young, too bratty, too transactional, etc.

Unfortunately this is happening with a person I consider a friend. I don't want to cross their boundaries, which I've been told include not practicing. I know if I keep talking to them I'm going to have the urge to push that boundary.

I decided that the right thing to do is to interact in kink spaces as a friend, rather than try to be friends in private DMs.

As some of you know, I send silly or cute videos to my friends. The conversation I'm talking about goes beyond that. I want to know their kink stories, how their day is going, get to know them as a person in a kink space, instead of just a friend in a kink space. Not dating (I'm not here for that) but having the conversations that lead to starting a dynamic.

It's not cool of me to make this person think I only want friendship when I'm realizing that I really think we'd be a great match in this space.

So, although I want to be there for this person as a friend, I don't think I can right now. Not until I can be sure that I won't push for more.

On that note, do you AV submissives even if you only intend to be their friend?

It's not even Monday and people are going hard with the same old arguments.
