When I saw that the ban for emgee was happening I rushed to TM to buy some. When I received my order I noticed it was not correct. The actually sent me double what I paid for. I then looked on their Discord and saw that they had posted a few hours after I ordered that they were doing a 50% off for all emgee products and retroactively made up the difference for me. Just thought that was pretty cool of them. But they have taken care of me many times in the past for any small issues that I have had even when it hasn’t been their fault.

Does anybody know if 7 is available in Italy? My friend was on vacation in Calabria and snapped her tibia and fibula messing around on the beach and got a compound fracture (bones pierced the skin). They will not give her anything stronger than Tylenol and she is in so much pain. She said she is in some rinky dink village and they are not even going to put her under for the surgery, JUST LOCAL!!! which I cannot even imagine. I had the same break years ago, just without the compound, and I received full anesthesia and the surgery took about 5 hours to complete with putting all of the hardware in. Being awake for that sounds like it is going to be hell on Earth. Trying to find out if I can help her find some relief. They will not allow her to fly home to get the surgery as they are afraid of blood clots on the flight, which is understandable. I am very worried and feel so fucking bad for her. Anybody know?

Just want to say what a crazy good job they do. I placed my order on Tuesday night, it went out yesterday and is being delivered today. How they can get it to me in a day when they are in the UK and I’m in Las Vegas for only $20 is wild. I order other stuff online and pay for overnight and get charged $90 and it’s from a company 2 states away. Good job TB!

Like the title asks. After waiting weeks my Twisted Beast order was finally sent. It got to customs, then went to sorting, and then back to customs with a message in the tracking pretty much confirming it is going to be seized. Does Twisted Beast resend orders that are or are you just shit out of luck? I know of other gray area products that do resend if it happens.

This is just me bitching. I fucking hate FedEx and hate even more that I have to give them money but unfortunately they are the only shipping option my brand of choice uses. Paid for overnight with Saturday delivery and it came to my city but is sitting at the airport since 7:30 AM and now won’t come until Monday. I order every week and a month ago I started having it left at the FedEx office and pick it up myself because I was sick and tired of the drivers lying and saying they couldn’t get into my gate or some other bullshit. And it’s impossible to get a hold of an agent to try and get a refund for overnight Saturday delivery which is like 50+ ball hairs (not like they’d ever give me one but it’d be nice to get to yell at someone). Now the AI agent basically just tells you to fuck off and hangs up on you. They are the worst and I hope they go out of business someday. Totally fucked my weekend.

My Twisted Beast order (that took almost 2 weeks just for them to send it out) arrived in Los Angeles on Thursday and said it was with customs in the morning. Later in the day it was received by the sorting office. Then yesterday it says it is back with customs. Is this a bad sign or normal?

It is definitely being confiscated. This is now the info on the tracking.

I placed an order a week ago and it still says “preparing your order for shipment” when I log in. Is this normal? I believe it’s my first time ordering from them. I know it’s overseas but this still seems like a long time for it to not go out yet. For example, Universal had my order shipped about 6 hours after ordering.
