Like the title asks. After waiting weeks my Twisted Beast order was finally sent. It got to customs, then went to sorting, and then back to customs with a message in the tracking pretty much confirming it is going to be seized. Does Twisted Beast resend orders that are or are you just shit out of luck? I know of other gray area products that do resend if it happens.
This is just me bitching. I fucking hate FedEx and hate even more that I have to give them money but unfortunately they are the only shipping option my brand of choice uses. Paid for overnight with Saturday delivery and it came to my city but is sitting at the airport since 7:30 AM and now won’t come until Monday. I order every week and a month ago I started having it left at the FedEx office and pick it up myself because I was sick and tired of the drivers lying and saying they couldn’t get into my gate or some other bullshit. And it’s impossible to get a hold of an agent to try and get a refund for overnight Saturday delivery which is like 50+ ball hairs (not like they’d ever give me one but it’d be nice to get to yell at someone). Now the AI agent basically just tells you to fuck off and hangs up on you. They are the worst and I hope they go out of business someday. Totally fucked my weekend.
My Twisted Beast order (that took almost 2 weeks just for them to send it out) arrived in Los Angeles on Thursday and said it was with customs in the morning. Later in the day it was received by the sorting office. Then yesterday it says it is back with customs. Is this a bad sign or normal?

It is definitely being confiscated. This is now the info on the tracking.
“This item is still being assessed by the destination customs authority. If any further information is required before release they will contact the recipient directly.”
I placed an order a week ago and it still says “preparing your order for shipment” when I log in. Is this normal? I believe it’s my first time ordering from them. I know it’s overseas but this still seems like a long time for it to not go out yet. For example, Universal had my order shipped about 6 hours after ordering.
