Hey guys. 👋 Id like to ask you all how much do you take, what time of the day and how often do you re-dose? My intake changes everyday. Sometimes more, sometimes less. But I take a dose around the hours of 8-10 AM, then around 4-6pm and lastly around 10-11pm and occasionally midnight if I cant sleep. For me, the doses change depending on how I feel but never less than 30. I'd say 60 mostly. Oh, and I will add that I do re-dose a bit more often when I'm on my period. I have absolutely 0 period cramps since taking 7. It helps tremendously and it helps me balance my emotions during that week too.
