Since mod team values my harm reduction as drivel, I’m wanting to know if mgm15 has the potential to cause nod offs so I don’t continuously consume more than I should at a dangerous level seeking a nod unbeknownst if that potential can be achieved. I’m coming off of fent due to drought to mgm15. I was also sniffing h after fent to curve withdrawals but that did not cause a nod. I’m planning on quitting soon I just need a reference of dosage based on if this substance causes nod or not. I hope I get an answer or this doesn’t get removed so I don’t over consume

Basically due to fentanyl drought I’ve just acquired mgm15. I was doing heroin before I got this after the fent drought started to curve withdrawals. The h didn’t get me nodding. Does mgm15 cause nods?

After making this I’ve realized this dozo perk is only pseudoindoxyl, when I had been thinking it was 7hy and pseudo. Granted, this pseudo has been the only thing able to slightly relieve fentanyl withdrawal symptoms when orally ingested, unlike what I thought was plain 7hy, albeit the relief was always just minimal.

I’m about to snort 25mgs of dozo perks with pseudoindoxyl. There is currently no established scientific data or published pharmacokinetic studies determining the precise intranasal bioavailability of mitragynine pseudoindoxyl or 7-hy nor could I find trip reports snorting. Oral 7hy has an exceptionally low bioavailability of roughly 2.7% ± 0.3% because it is aggressively broken down by the liver and intestines. Nasal administration directly enters the systemic capillaries, circumventing this initial degradation.

My intentions are to curve fentanyl withdrawals during a drought and hopefully be able to nod off and sleep. Unfortunately an ingredient in this product is caffeine, and food grade flavorings. If this were to be a continued practice the raw pseudo and 70h should be obtained to avoid intranasal damages from the mango flavoring.

This is my first ever trip report so let’s see how it goes, success in this experiment will be determined by my perceived relieved withdrawal symptoms. Factors to note affecting the outcome of this ROA would be the effects of the cocaine I’ve been snorting all day, and the heroin as well, however heroin has not been effective in relieving withdrawal symptoms. A more proficient trip report experiment would involve isolated 70h/pseudo, and the refrain of consuming other substances leading up to the event.

Crushing up:

My main concern is the adverse effects of the filler like mango flavoring and caffeine. I will be snorting one big line which is not recommended as I have an extremely high fentanyl tolerance. The same quantity that would kill everyone in your core family unit if ingested makes me feel normal. The same quantity that would kill your neighborhood block is what I would do in a day if there was no drought. Despite kratom being an atypical opioid agonist, it still has the same opioid fatal overdose potential in repressed breathing. However my main concern is hoping that the mango sugars don’t create nose mould or smthn.

Snorting:

In awareness that i was going to reup with heroin to combat withdrawals, I mainly used one nostril all day when consuming cocaine, so I used the other nostril to snort this powder. Instantly on inhaling It smelled and tasted like mango as more powder in this line immediately hit the back of my throat in “drip” than any other substance I’ve ever sniffed.

Pseudoindoxyl has been tested as stronger than fentanyl in some laboratory instances, however fentanyl is stronger. Look-

Fentanyl: Typically exhibits a MOR binding affinity (\(K_{i}\)) ranging between 1.35 nM to 7.96 nM depending on the specific rodent or human cell line assay.

Mitragynine Pseudoindoxyl: Has demonstrated an ultra-strong MOR binding affinity as low as 0.087 nM to 1.5 nM in distinct structural studies. [, 2, 3]

A familiar feeling has come over me . I could attempt to snort more right now to see if I get equivalent nods compared to fentanyl but this shit mad expensive compared to fent, and I want it to last for the rest of the week. I’m thinking tomorrow before work I can snort .25,.33, or .5 of the 25mg powder (which is a quarter of the 100mg dozo pill) depending how my withdrawals are when I wake up, and redose as needed during lunch or whatever.

Yea the relief and sedation is covering my brain with a nice cozy warm blanket instead of the scorching hot burning and freezing wrap that’s been around it during the withdrawals. I’m debating if I even should do the h I prepped before bed, I don’t really need it based off these effects to feel ok, but I’m going to take it to be forced into sleep

maybe if I hadn’t done coke an hour ago it would have me nod because I do twice as much fent while speedballing with coke as I do when not snorting coke

orally taking 100mg of 70h/pseudo has never taken the monkey off my back as snorting this 25mg just has.

There’s been one in my city for the ones that actually hit, about 6 months ago the batch of blues that actually hit were the super dark blue ones that stain and dye. I was just wondering if this is a universal thing for my blue takers, or if it’s just my area. There’s still blues here, but they’re not the hitters they’re pretty dudded.

I asked this a month ago on fentanyl sub and it’s still under review just about when this drought is seeming to end

For reference I’m used to taking two blues to nod off and not them weak dud mboxes I mean proper hitters where snorting one would need a low tolerance to get narcanned on the spot and I’d take 10-20 a day it’s just railing the first 2 whilst not on coke will almost certainly get me nodding. Unfortunately those have been droughted and to defer the horrid withdrawals after running our plugs dry of fent powder which tbf was fairly cut but after snorting .5 str8 none of the later batches could get me to nod again.

I’m certain I’m using 4h since it’s dissolvable in water but no matter my roa I can’t nod.

I’m hoping someone who has experience with both can help me out or hav I just fukt my tolerance for other opioids getting high tol to fet.

Obviously there’s nuances like the quantity consumed- if they did a high dosage with the pure intentions of nodding off, or an amount enough to deter being sick.

I genuinely would like to hear yalls perspectives. In my initial scenario which prompted this question the opioid addict who’s driving knows that they will be driving before consuming, tends to not drive if they perceive themselves incapacitated, and for generally obvious reasons, they don’t intend to cause vehicular or bodily harm.

It snowed every it was so tragic. Was looking like a snow globe . I still gummed what I could off the leather seats, but I hadn’t even bought that yet I just crushed up a few lines luckily I did 2 and luckily my bud wasn’t in the car or saw it. Just my luck tho, it’s always perfect and then randomly becomes the opposite in a repeating cycle. Yesterday was an extremely lucky after lucky event filled day, and today the the unlucky self inflicted incident.
