Stealth and hiding phallo

I know this has been asked before, I know this is a common issue, I just cannot wrap my head around how to do this. The skin graft is explainable to new people. But I have to tell my coworkers I’m going on medical leave. Then another medical leave. Then another medical leave. My manager would not be chill about it if he knew I was trans. I can’t just get a desk job, I need to continue working at this store for health insurance.

Edit: I am friends with most of my coworkers and we all know each other very well.

Accutane or electrolysis first? Anyone done post-op electrolysis?

I’m having consults in a few weeks! I know I’d typically start electrolysis ASAP, but I’m considering doing most of it after surgery. I wouldn’t have to do much beforehand for UL, I’m hairless on part of my arm.

My acne really affects my self-esteem and my dermatologist says I need another course of Accutane to clear it. Accutane takes about 6 months, then I’d need at least another 6 to heal before electrolysis. I’m just not sure what my timeline should be.

I have Bipolar. I did 12mg Klonopin with no tolerance. Which led to me crashing my car. That led to 1.5L of champagne. Then added 40mg THC. Which led to 5 bowls of meth. Which led to a very strange polysubstance overdose. Which included several self-inflicted deep lacerations to my sides and 42 stitches. My insurance is so sick of me…
