Over a year continuously locked for my wife, even when travelling through the Australian Outback.
These are just some of the cages I've worn in that time, I only unlock for my weekend night job due to safety & if I'm working both nights I wear the plastic ones in between otherwise the titanium one has been home for my dick since it arrived last August.
