i'm going 24/7 for the next 5 days to see how I like it and if its something I want to do more of! i am scared of wearing in public or getting rashes. Any tips on how to overcome this and wear this much consistently? How often should I be changing my diapers? I heard about 2 a day is expected.

I really love Diapers and ABDL and I want to keep getting into it. I'm only 19 so ive only really started exploring but i get discourged a lot bc i feel so alone often. I wish there is an easier way to meet people and find friends online or irl in this space. Do you guys have the same issue? Do you have any tips?

I just got home for the summer and want to use this time to get into ABDL more and wear way more often. I was wondering what items I should order for all this besides diapers ofc. I told her last night that I wanted to get more into it and try to incorportate them into my life more. She told me to order some and i might but i feel a little embarrassed and I don't think she knows I just want to wear them all the time to hang out in and stuff. How do I fully tell her this whole side of it!
